Warranty Policy
At Ahsan Brothers Electronics, we provide our customers the option to have their product repaired or replaced if a manufacturing defect is identified. If the issue is found to be a serious fault by the company, the product may be replaced with a new one. Please note that warranty terms may vary depending on the product category.
If a customer detects a fault during the warranty period, they may file a warranty claim under the following Terms & Conditions:
Terms & Conditions
1. Proof of Purchase
Customers must keep the original purchase receipt issued by Ahsan Brothers Electronics.
The warranty card and purchase receipt must be presented at the time of the claim.
Claims cannot be processed without a valid receipt.
2. Product Packaging & Required Documents
When sending the product for a warranty claim, please ensure it is safely packed to avoid damage during transit. The item must be sent in the original packaging, including:
User manual, accessories, and all original contents
A detailed note explaining the fault
A copy of the purchase receipt or invoice
3. Transportation Costs
If the product requires repair under warranty, the customer is responsible for transportation charges to and from Ahsan Brothers Electronics.
During transit, the product will be entirely at the owner’s risk.
4. Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies only to defective parts or workmanship.
Depending on the severity of the issue, defective parts may be repaired or replaced.
Warranty does not extend to attached accessories.
5. Conditions Not Covered
The warranty will not apply if the defect is caused by:
Misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
Accidents or physical damage
Use of incompatible, faulty, or unofficial accessories
Missing parts due to negligence
Incorrect voltage usage
Repairs attempted by unauthorized technicians
6. Serial Number Tampering
Products with a removed, altered, or damaged serial number will not be eligible for warranty claims.
