Returns Policy

Ahsan Brothers Electronics supports a 100% return and refund policy, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any complimentary items must be included.

  • The item should be returned in its undamaged, original packaging.

If the returned product does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Reasons for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrives slightly damaged, broken, or not functioning properly.

  • An incorrect or incomplete item has been delivered.

  • You wish to exchange the product for another brand or model.

Refund Policy

Ahsan Brothers Electronics follows the refund guidelines below:

  • For payments made via Credit/Debit Card, FED and MDR charges applied by the bank are non-refundable in the case of a customer-initiated refund.

  • Refunds requested within 10 days will be issued at the original purchase price.

  • Refunds requested after 10 days will depend on current market prices:

    • If the price has decreased, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

    • If the price has increased, the refund amount will remain based on the original purchase value.
